Please email us if you are requesting a store credit. Our postal details will be available once we have been contacted. Once we have received the item/s back, we will issue you a STORE CREDIT. You will receive a code in which you can use on our website and will have a 6 month expiry date. This will commence from the date you are issued a credit.
Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit. You will then have 7 business days for us to receive the item/s back for a credit. The 7 day period will start from the following day we are contacted via email for a credit. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping cost and exchange cost. All credits do not include shipping cost, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total price.

Items purchased with a discount code with 20% off or greater is classified as a sale item. Unfortunately, we can not exchange or issue a return.

- No tan marks/stains
- No make up stains
- With tags attached
- Receipt of proof of purchase
- Strictly no exchanges or refunds on Bodysuits due to hygiene reasons.
INTERNATIONAL customers will have 7 days to contact us via email for an exchange or store credit. We must receive the item/s back within 14 business days to be eligible for a exchange/store credit. PLEASE NOTE Lipstick & Champagne is not responsible for taxes/custom fees for countries outside of Australia.

Once your item/s is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item/s. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your item/s.
If you are approved, we will contact you via email and issue you a credit code.

Buyer is responsible for exchange cost. Please include a pre paid satchel with your exchange. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item in different sizes, we can't guarantee that we will have the same stock in hand.
